Neil is a Certified Financial Planner CFP and the Principal of Lifestyle Financial Solutions. Neil has been a past Secretary and Chairman of the Sunshine Coast Chapter of the Financial Planning Association, a member of the Planning & Resources Committee of the Sunshine Coast University, a committee member of the Australian Institute of Management, President of the Go Mooloolaba Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the Management Committee of the Sunshine Coast Literary Association.
He has been through the ups and downs of market cycles and helping clients since 1985 to plan their financial freedom and provide investment strategies for them to achieve their lifestyle ambitions.
Neil is a sought after speaker and regularly writes articles for professional journals.

Geoff
Burchell
Client Advisor
Geoff to the team in January 2002 after a professional career as an Engineer Officer in the Australian Army for over twenty years. As well as his engineering qualifications, Geoff has a Masters of Business Administration and has completed his Diploma in Financial Planning. He has been a Committee Member of the Sunshine Coast Chapter of the Financial Planning Association for several years and a P&C Committee Member where his three go to school.
Using the combination of our unique Portfolio Construction Model, techniques and research material, Geoff’s main pursuit is in helping clients fund their chosen lifestyle!
Geoff also has the role of assisting our clients in arranging home loans, car and equipment leasing and chattel mortgages.
Suzan Roilboit
Advisor
Suzan joined the team in November 2005. She holds a Bachelor and a Master of Business Administration and has completed the Diploma of Financial Services (DFP 1-4). Suzan has gained wide-ranging professional experience in accounting, management and customer service while living and working around the world, including the USA and France.
2007 has seen Suzan move into an adviser role as she is now an authorised representative specialising in the areas of Wealth Creation and Retirement Planning.
Diane Scott
Client Service Officer
Diane joined the Client Services team in November 2005 having spent 4 years in England where she worked in the area of Corporate Fraud.
Diane has extensive professional experience in Business Administration and has worked in Secretarial positions for several local legal firms. Diane is currently studying Certificate 4 in Life Coaching and looks forward to bringing this to Lifestyle in the future.
Diane takes care of Neil’s clients and brings to the team a happy warm quality that creates a special rapport with the clients.
Nathan Eccles
Mortgage Assistant
Nathan joined the Lifestyle Financial Solutions team in March 2007 after making the move from Dalby. Prior to Nathan moving to the coast, he worked within his family business as a Real Estate Salesperson. Nathan has also completed a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Administration Management at the University of Southern Queensland.
Nathan has taken on the Mortgage role and has had experience of the Client Service Officer role also within Lifestyle.
When he’s not finding the best loans for our clients, he enjoys playing golf, tennis and listening to music.
Rachel Dunning
Client Service Officer
Rachel joined Lifestyle Financial Solutions in April 2007, three years after settling on the Sunshine Coast from Washington State, USA. Rachel has recently completed her Bachelor of Business while working in the hospitality industry.
Rachel’s role is to assist Geoff with his clients and receptionist. With her customer service experience, Rachel brings a warm, friendly and conscientious manner that ensures that the very best of service is offered to our clients.
